In my view, I think the fear of both parties should complete the creative process. Fear cannot protect, BUT it should be mitigated and reduced so that I do not lead to a state of unbearable confusion. Lack of sufficient time should not become a source of agitation for the student. He must be convinced that many ideas can be triggered in a matter of seconds and that the remaining time must, therefore, be spent on executing these ideas and delivering them to the customer. Up to the time of delivery, the student may have more than ten thousand opportunities to develop his idea. This is an infinite fact, regardless of the nature of the duty or work required of it, because the student should have great control, for the postponement of work is his enemy. He should start doing his job as soon as he is assigned to do so. In this way, he will be able to solve and explain all the problems he might encounter. By adopting this strategy, he will be able to organize his physical and mental efforts sequentially, without fatigue. This will also allow him to overcome all unexpected surprises and inconveniences by organizing his time appropriately and considering each minute as an hour of completion.
The first thing to do to break the barrier of fear is to help the teacher, overcoming the problem, discussing ideas and establishing a mature and common dialogue so as not to achieve the state of agitation that would result. fatigue, inability to create, imagine and implement.
Most teachers may be facing such a disease, and some may not be able to diagnose them or know how to treat them, while others do not really know if they exist, and therefore cannot treat them once they appear.
